About User CSS
CSS files tell the elements on a web page what they are supposed to look like. With Opera and User CSS files it is possible to override the way a page looks and make it look the way you want it to. This can be done on a site by site basis. For example, removing annoying elements or fixing graphical glitches. But it is also possible to create files that are applied to all pages (this is how the user styles that ship with Opera work). That way one can, for example, make every page appear in very high contrast, making things easier for people with poor eyesight. On this site the CSS files have been divided into thee categories. Installation instructions can be found on the page of each file.
Categories
-
- All sites: These CSS files can be applied to all websites
- Site fixes: CSS files that fix problems with specific websites.
- Site specific: This category of CSS files is also site specific but, rather than fixing problems, it makes changes in those sites
- Extendopera: A category for stylesheets that modify the extendopera page.
- Other: CSS files that do not fit into any of the above categories
