Q. Why does this site exist, can't we share files through the my.opera forum?
A. Of course but the problem with using a forum for that purpose is that content tends to get lost in the flurry of questions, requests and downright spam. Here, each contribution has a page of its own and can be easily found through the search function. The files are divided into categories, and can be tagged by the authors, making it even easier to find what you're looking for.  More importantly, the latest version of a file is always at the bottom of the post, not hidden away in a forum thread with a dozen pages.

Q: How can i keep track of content i like?
A: When you are logged in a "bookmark this page" button will appear at the bottom of each post. When you click that a bookmark will be saved to your profile.

Q: What does "Subscribe to: This post" do?
A: When you subscribe to a post you will receive an e-mail whenever someone, other than yourself, posts a comment to it.

Q: How can i keep track of updates?
A: Next to every file there is an RSS button, when you subscribe to that RSS feed you get a message whenever the content author posts a changelog about the file or code.

Q: Can i upload multiple files per post?
 A: Yes.
