A new look (and some downtime)
As I'd announced before the site went down for the count. The site has received a make-over, in honour of the upcoming release of Opera 10.50 (Windows version is currently in Beta). Opera 10.50 promises to be a major release, featuring, among other things, a new version of Presto (2.5) a new graphics engine, Vega and a new Javascript engine, Carakan. The interface is also receiving some tender love and care. So, to celebrate all that, i give you extendopera.org, 2.0
Now, because the new theme makes use of a number of CSS3 features that are not supported by Opera 10.10, and many other browsers, the site will not look as intended unless you are using Opera 10.5 (Chrome should be able to do it as well). If you're using IE, well, the site will look quite poor i'm afraid, but everything should still function. Kudos for making the logo go to Lucideer.
Unfortunately, yesterday evening the database got corrupted and i've had to restore it from a back-up. Unfortunately that back-was not as fresh as i'd like. Any comments, contributions and registrations made between the fifth of February and last night have been lost. A number of fixes I made to the tables have also been lost so the double entries are back and content scores do not always show up correctly. All this will be corrected.
regards,
Zotlan
