Small update

A little update to the site. As requested, authors will now receive an e-mail whenever someone comments on their posts. Let me know if there's any trouble with this.

I've also changed the default address from www.extendopera.org to plain, extendopera.org. No need for those w's.

EDIT: tweaked the RSS feed, should be working properly now.

The Opera community has some terrifically helpful blogs, plus there's the User.JS site, but an Opera-specific site like this is long overdue.
