Color Schemes for Themes
Adds a new color picker tab to the appearance dialog. Total of 267 colors (sorry Opera cannot do black). Requires modifying the standard_skin.zip and using modified menu.ini and dialog.ini.

Notes:
Because the Unite command has changed several times in the past
year, it may not work for some versions. Check the dialog.ini in the
ui folder for your compatible command if the toggle doesn't work.
It is compatible with dialog font changes. Be aware that drastic font
size change may make the graphics slightly fuzzy. Opera adjusts the
size of graphics to match the font size change.
Appearance>Toolbars now includes a toggle for the menu bar
Updating Opera will wipe out your modified standard_skin.zip and you
will have to modify the new one
Installation Instructions:
How to install the color picker.
1. Backup the standard_skin.zip that is in the Opera/skin folder
2. Unzip a copy of standard_skin.zip (with folders intact)
3. Copy the colors folder into the main standard_skin folder
4. Paste the contents of skin_ini_mod.txt at the end if the skin.ini file
Save skin.ini and copy back into the standard_skin folder
5. Rezip the standard_skin.zip and copy it back to the Opera/skin folder
6. Copy dialog_mod.ini to your profile folder.
7. Go to Opera:config - Preferences Editor>User Perfs>Dialog Configuration>Choose
Select the dialog_mod.ini file.
SAVE THE CHANGE!
8. menu_ini_mod.txt is included if you use a menu setup that includes
a selection of standard Opera colors. Replace the [Standard Colors]
section with the modified lines. It will sync the menu with the
appearance tab. Make this change to a copy of the Opera standard
menu.ini or your prefered menu.ini.
