Double ScrollBars

Additional left side vertical scrollbar on web pages.

this JS that was made by Stoen (see topic: http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=153720 ). It adds an additional
vertical scrollbar on the left side of Opera. I think is very useful. Enjoy it.
Doesn't work on 100% of website though...
